It takes to long to get any support
I find it unacceptable that it can take up to 30 days for Wellhub to update the information registered by the company on the platform. I needed them to adjust my email so it would work on the platform, and so far it has already been 3 days with no update. The estimate that it can take up to a month is outrageous — it’s a simple adjustment to an email that is already registered, how can this take so long? In the meantime, I can’t use the platform because I get stuck at the very first step, where I need to complete the registration. When contacting support, they only say that it can take up to 30 days and then simply close the ticket. What a ridiculous business rule. update: they responded my review but didn't contact me or provided any support
