Hit or miss on delivery and hard to get refubd
The first time I ordered from the company I got everything in a short time and liked the products. Ordered again and they sent via a weird SF express which they referred to as Speedy Express. Got a tracking that said unable to deliver due to a problem with address. It had my po box but dropped my last name. Reported to company giving both po box and physical address. They said call shipper at an 800 number. The 800 number was no good. Wrote back to company telling them 800 number was no good and again gave addresses. They replied to contact the Post Office but the company had said they were unable to deliver so they still have the stuff. That time I noticed their return policy on the site and it is crazy. Sounds as if they pretty much never refund or only give a partial refund because of their costs.
