Monday the 2th of February I requested my payout, the payout was approved within 24 hours after that they say it takes 1to3 business days for the payout to be paid. Till now I have no email received about the payout being paid. Contact support is decent, let’s see if they are going to pay. Will post an update if they pay. Update February 17th: still not seen my payout. I Have had contact everyday since approved but they keep saying be patient or your payout will hit very soon. Update February 20: constantly contacting the customer service and discord. Got a message of one of the workers saying we’ve paid you out with some sort of hand typed receipt. But when I asked for the real transaction. They ghosted me, and suddenly are backchecking with the team. Update February 23: still fighting over the payout of feb 3. But they paid out my requested payout of feb 17th 24 hours after approval Update February 27: today I got an email of fundedx explaining that the payout wasn’t processed right due to a system error. Although its almost a month since approval it looks like the payout will hit my wallet soon.
