I just sent a review several days ago about Tuneful Hair fraudulent practices! I cancelled my order and requested a full refund after waiting 9 days for the hair. i notified pay pal after not receiving a refund and filed a claim. I was immediately reimbursed and forwarded an email to this merchant to show the order was cancelled via pay pal. Although the Merchant was advised, the hair was still shipped with a delivery date set for today. Im not going to accept the order to avoid being billed because i did not make another purchase with this company! I’ve already notified pay pal about this unauthorized purchase and will have to follow up with my bank as well! Wow, this place is thirsty!

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent! i ordered a wig on January 28th, 2026 and was told it would take 3-5 business days. i’ve been in touch with them numerous times to check on my order and was initially told my order was sent to their factory for processing and to allow a few days for shipping. After waiting several days for a response, i reached out numerous times and was told the item would be shipped immediately but they lied and have continued with their excuses and promises after 9 days! I notified paypal and cancelled this order! Do not order from this company because they’re only thirsty for payments but not timely delivery! They really lost out on a good customer! So sad!😭
