FYI do not use this company. Their CEO and founder went out and got a nice loan to found a crypto to giftcard exchanging system. Needless to say, it isn't going well. While the system is not implemented yet it has obviously effected their main business and customer service. For those of you that feel scammed, myself included, I encourage you to file a complaint with your state attorney generals office. Its usually fairly easy to do online and is more than likely the only way you are going to get resolution. Edit: reasons I am closing my raise account. 1. No customer support by phone. 2. I get a faster response to complaints on trust pilot 3. Constant blocking of my account for no explainable reason. 4. 5 dollar inactivity fee 5. Your TOS say you offer a convenient service. It is anything but convenient. 6. No where on your site do you recommend using a gift card within 90 days of purchase. 7. I asked for the address for legal correspondence and I haven't received a reply. 8. Your email for legal issues is legal at raise Com. Your service is so bad I had to waste my time writing this and forwarding it to my Attorney General. 10. You can look up my name for my issues. Don't ask me again. Im done with talking. My State AG will do it for me. Thank you.
