Wonderful customer service!
I had the privilege of speaking with someone in customer service at the end of day, Friday. She was friendly and professional while I worked through getting an order re-done, to which, I had to later cancel because I didn't need the bulbs (long story). In any case, for both calls, she was absolutely amazing, friendly, very professional, and managed my expectations like a pro. Very well done! Oh, yeah, and the light bulbs work great in my 2007 Mustang. :)
