DON'T BOOK EASYBOOK!!!!
I had a very BAD!! experience with Easybook. I paid for a booking that was later not confirmed, and while Easybook acknowledged this and promised a refund, the process has been extremely slow and poorly communicated. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to get basic updates more on AI replies, and even then, responses were generic and repetitive. The refund process caused me significant inconvenience, especially since the amount was already paid and should have been returned promptly. For a booking platform, I expected better coordination, clearer timelines, and more proactive communication from their finance team. If you are considering using Easybook, be aware that refunds for unconfirmed bookings can take a long time and require constant follow-ups. I strongly suggest being cautious, especially if you need reliable and timely service. JUST PLEASE AVOID BOOKING EASYBOOK VERY INCOMPETENT.
