My flight with Batik Air was delayed twice, causing me to miss my connecting flight twice. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it completely disrupted my travel plans. Communication was poor, and there was no real effort from the airline to assist passengers affected by the delays. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Repeated delays with no proper handling show a serious reliability issue. I lost time, money, and peace of mind because of problems that were entirely avoidable. I would not recommend Batik Air, especially if you have connecting flights or a tight schedule.
