Worst booking experience ever
If I could give a negative 100, I would. I booked a flight and immediately realized that the ticket was issued with the wrong date. I contacted customer service right away. My ticket clearly states that it is reschedulable and refundable, yet rescheduling it costs 110% MORE than the original ticket price essentially forcing me to buy a new ticket. Traveloka customer service was completely unhelpful and kept deflecting responsibility to the airline instead of providing any real support or escalation. What is the point of booking through a platform if customers are abandoned the moment there’s an issue? Extremely disappointing experience. No accountability, no assistance, and misleading ticket conditions. Please do not book here!
