Cheats your money if you ever ask for refund.
Cheats the US tax payers money. I asked for a refund and they issued me a gift card. Well, the money they refunded me did not included the sales tax I paid, which is against the law. I asked them why, they ignored my request. Then when I applied the gift card for my second purchase, the gift card didn't work. When I contacted the customer service about it, it says I used it already, which I did not. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Don't ever buy from them. They are from China, and not reliable at all. **UPDATE** 3/05/2026 I really appreciate the customer service team reaching out to me after reading my review on Trustpilot. They were able to resolve the issue within 24 hours and issued a full refund, which I truly appreciate. Because they had the intention of fixing the problem, I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. That said, I do wish the issue hadn’t happened in the first place. Before I wrote the review, we had exchanged about 15 emails trying to resolve the matter, which ended up taking quite a bit of time and effort on my end. Still, I appreciate that they took my review seriously, reached out, and ultimately made things right.
