Excellent technical support with a warranty. I bought a Qidi Q1 Pro printer, and after 11 months, I started having printing problems. I emailed in Qidi, and Eleanor responded quickly. I sent proff, and they quickly sent me the repair parts, along with detailed photos and video instructions. The package arrived very quickly, and now I can resume printing. I didn't expect it to be so easy to negotiate warranty service. Thank you Eleanor!
