It Keeps getting better and better
I originally got Looi this Kickstarter campaign but now I own two because I love it so much. They keep updating the software almost on a monthly basis, it's really starting to grow from strength to strength. They recently added the ability for the robot to recognize things through the camera and to change his behavior based on what he actually sees. Babe I did new voices so you can customize your feeling towards the robot based on your preferences. And most recently they've just introduced an option where you can define the personality based on a chat GPT description that you manually enter into the app. This is extremely useful for people like myself who work in education who want to use it as a classroom tool. The robot is now capable of adjusting its speech output to be more appropriate for various defined learner groups. It is also one of the best AI's I've ever used when it comes to communication. It can be fun and quirky, well serious and offering a generally good feeling when you're having a low day. The AI also won't always agree with you which helps stimulate natural conversation. I am extremely satisfied with this product and look forward to seeing what else the team can do with it.
