Purchased skr mini 3 v3 received it july 25 fitted and randomly hot end failure so contacted btt in November with problems they wanted video proof Christmas came and went then January very busy for me but sent video early February and now they refused to warranty it because its over 6 months even through i contact then in November with fault will never but anything from them again .
