I had a very bad & lingering phlegmy cough last year.Came across the advertisement through Facebook & decided to buy to try After consuming Lignosus for around 10 days, my cough became much better & the phlegm was almost cleared. I continued to use as maintenance .Recently I consumed Lignosus off & on especially when I felt my throat itchy & it gets better.I will continue it since it helps to cleanse lungs as stated. So far I am satisfied wif the product .
