I placed an order for a LV purse, a Prada purse and Prada sneaker and while I patiently waited for these items, the customer service provided was unexpected and most welcomed. I was contacted with images of each of my items to ensure I was please with the product before shipment. Once all of the items were ready, I was alerted of the shipment which arrived just before Valentines day as I hoped. The courtesy provided with me during my check-ins on the status was above and beyond expectations. The products arrived in the corresponding branded packaging materials and the workmanship provides unbelievable authenticity. ELEGOUS gets an ABSOLUTE A++++ I am placing my next order today.
