I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from Flowerknows. My order arrived very late, and when it finally came, it was missing parts. Customer service was beyond frustrating. They kept sending me the exact same tracking number over and over again, even though I clearly explained that the package I received was incomplete. It felt like they were ignoring the actual issue. They demanded photos as proof, which I promptly sent. After I provided everything they asked for, instead of resolving the problem or sending the missing items, they suddenly responded saying they were “on break.” That was the last message I received. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I paid for a full order and did not receive it, and customer service made the situation worse instead of fixing it. Very disappointing experience.
