Update: My payout has now been pending for over 60 business days. Despite multiple emails, escalation requests, and public responses asking me to contact support, I continue to receive the same generic replies: “under review” and “no timeframe available.” I have complied with all requirements, my KYC is approved, and I have previously received payouts. No violations have ever been communicated. After more than two months, this is no longer a delay — it is a serious lack of transparency and accountability. I am still waiting for a clear resolution.
