Shar the Amazing Employee
Today I had some difficulty using Space Touch Reviver. I actually thought it was broken and started to complain because the sprayer was not working properly. My mistake! I called the number on my receipt and the young woman answered named Shar. She was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me. First, we discussed the issue at length and she felt the device was not broken. Then she suggested we should FaceTime each other so that she could show me step by step how to use the machine properly. Shar is an excellent teacher. She showed me exactly what I was doing wrong and now I can use the machine with confidence. I am truly grateful for Shar’s expertise.
