If I could give them 0 stars I would! I started rolling with my claim in September 2025 and here we are in mid FEBRUARY 2026. I placed 2 claims and I’m still on the first and Im definitely not confident about going through my second claim. They dont communicate at least my adjuster didnt… I esculated multiple times just to get answers some were answered some just were ignored. The adjuster told us to break down our laundry room to then later tell my contractor ( not us the insurer) that they arent covering my vanity or parts of my floor… so we just say yes to do the claim break down houses to tell u later they arent covering it??? Then our mark up of the funds didnt add up and didnt make sense and i call to get answers i get told by manager that they’ll get more info and call back. Never got a call back and now we are stuck with paying 2 $5,000 deductibles and our house torn apart. We are military and will be contacting our JAG office and Public Affairs so no military or anyone has to go through this. Shame u deploy every 6 months to come back to bs business practices. You pay monthly on time for coverage to get a half ass house.
