The olive oil had a noticeable impact from the first day. No gas issues and it immediately assisted with more regular bowel movements. I had needed to manually evacuate my bowels more often than passing stool on my own and that was not needed any more following the first day. I know my body decides what is the priority so I patiently watch what it moves forward with. I am interested in the weight loss program I read about. I need to get to some scales to know my weight.
