All LEDs are green, no error on the screen. Monitoring finally works via the Shine Dongle (thanks for that), but I cannot access ANY advanced settings because the installer password is missing. I have sent: dozens of photos (labels, QR codes, screens, emails) full explanations followed every step requested Support has: made me repeat the same actions 5-6 times asked the same questions already answered bounced me between teams finally admitted they are “not competent for New Caledonia” (I wrote it in my very first email) I am the legal owner. The system is completely down → major daily financial loss. I only need the installer password (or a real engineer) to correct the likely corrupted grid profile / firmware settings. I have been waiting 48 days. Growatt, can someone from headquarters (Shenzhen) or a competent regional team please take ownership of this case TODAY and provide the installer code? Thank you.
