I did NOT knowingly agree to a $39/month subscription. I initially paid a small one-time fee (a few dollars) to try the service. At no point was it clearly communicated to me that this would automatically convert into a recurring $39 monthly subscription. Shortly after, I noticed charges of $39 being deducted from my account. This feels extremely misleading and non-transparent. When I attempted to cancel, the website displayed a message stating that I would have to pay an additional $195/$199 if I leave now. Being pressured with large extra fees just to cancel a subscription is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s practices. Customer support confirmed the active $39 subscription, yet the cancellation page attempts to impose further charges. I have documented everything and contacted my bank to dispute the payments. I expect a full clarification and proper cancellation without any additional charges. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to carefully review what they are signing up for.
