One payout, Moved to "Live" that doesnt exist
Took one payout from one account with this firm with the accounts I had Over a month ago and was IMMEDIATELY given a email that I was selected to go live. Here's the catch—Their live program doesn't even exist yet. 3 accounts, and only took one payout, and now I'm restricted from trading because I'm suppose to wait for a live program that doesn't even exist yet? They took away all my accounts and the buffer I built from them over 7 days. I've been patiently waiting, trying to give the benefit of doubt to Nexgen because they told me live accounts would be ready within a week of the email. This was over a month ago and traders are still waiting for a supposed live program. When you ask about in discord, they blame you for being impatient for not waiting for a program that literally wasn't even in their system/FAQ when you purchased the accounts. Absolutely mockery of traders choosing to trust and trade with this firm. They should've let traders trade until the live program was properly setup and ready to go. You are punished for being a good trader here. There has been no communication whatsoever; the only thing they tell us is that they are "almost done" for 5 weeks straight.
