I had my press for almost a year and I used it a lot. It started throwing codes and I reach out for help and they were fast to respond and try to help troubleshoot the issue. It wasn’t nothing that could be done so they replaced it with a new one. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received. Highly recommend the product and the customer service.
