Then they wanted another $39 for postage to replace the arm reset that was faulty lol off to fair trading i go. Update: knew they legally couldn't charge me postage when they sent me a defective products (even though they tried) I threatened fair trading and they "waved" the postage as a "good faith gesture" LOL if I didn't threaten fair trading they would have tried to make me pay for postage. Don't fall for their BS you have legal rights with your online orders and they know it.
