No Power Up - Problem fixed.
I purchased the Himiway C1 for my grandson Nov 2025. After a month of of pure enjoyment, the bike would no longer power up. Contacted Himiway customer service to find a solution to the issue. FREYA was very quick responding and helping me find the problem. Wiring in The digital controller had disconnected. FREYA immediately assisted in purchasing another controller for the bike and now my grandson is back riding. Thank you for the help FRAYA. Tip: If you purchase the C1, you may want to zip tie the cables securely to the handle bars to prevent pulling wires from the control display. Thanks Himiway Thanks FREYA
