Cut off our health insurance and 401K, we're firing them!♡
They've managed to cut off our company's health insurance TWICE in the last 3 months alone. So I've had to pay for doctor's appointments and long-term prescriptions, on top of a wisdom tooth extraction, out of pocket because they can't get their s**t together and messed up our coverage with Aetna. Of course I never know the coverage has ended until the actual appointments, because they never tell us it's ending in advance. God knows when I'm going to get reimbursed. Thanks Paychex! You suck massive amounts of balls. 3/25/26: Oh hey, you also didn't roll over our 401K contributions either. 5/8/26: Our service contract was obviously broken, and we're firing you guys! Omg!! YAY!!! ♡♡♡
