I received the P90 plus and so far have not been disappointed. My mother who is nearly 90 used the attachment on her neck and the improvement in her neck and memory brilliant. My sister saw a lump on her disappearing before her eyes on her elbow . Her sinuses improved. For myself better circulation. Love it
