I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I emailed this company twice regarding my issue and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. Customer service is a major part of doing business, and completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their responsiveness in the future.
