Experience with 800.com was not worth the $$ or their customer service. There are other more budget friendly options out there

Over all good but not ethical company.
Over all good. Randomly you will get bill after few months for different reasons. 3 months after joining I was billed randomly. Later I was told it is for call transcription. Now that I informed them in Dec, that I will not be renewing my membership, I was hit with a 52.92 charge for Enhanced caller ID. Customer service said they could not do anything about it.
