It seems better than it actually is
It seemed like they were cheaper than other providers, so I tried booking there. Then, at the end, it turned out that a discount (which they had already included in the price) didn’t apply to me. So the price ended up being higher. When I accepted that, it turned out that the price had increased during the booking process. I don’t trust that. “I’ve been booking flights for many years and I’ve never encountered anything like this before; the price they offer is the price you ultimately pay! I wanted to give them 2 or 3 stars, but now I see that the company is based in the United States. I don’t want anything more to do with that country, so another company gets added to my boycott list.”
