10/10 — would highly recommend...
We worked with Thread Logic for branded, customized vests, and had a great experience. Their website offers an excellent selection of apparel options, making it easy to find exactly what we were looking for. The customer service team has been incredible — very helpful, offering great advice when needed, and especially responsive throughout the process. I would say it was the best price-to-quality ratio we could find. While the embroidery turnaround time was slightly longer than some other companies online, I would still choose their team again for the overall service and experience. We had a small issue with the embroidery on one jacket, and they immediately shipped a replacement free of charge. 10/10 — would highly recommend, and I hope to work with them again in the future.
