Great experience
I want to give a huge thank you to Alexandra Caddo at Kiavi. I truly feel blessed that she reached out to me last year and stayed in touch. At the time, I was comfortable using my own cash for fix-and-flip deals and wasn’t ready to use hard money. However, Alexandra consistently followed up and educated me on how using Kiavi could help me scale and take on more deals. This year, I found myself low on cash while working on multiple projects, and I came across another great deal with strong profit potential. The first person that came to mind was Alexandra. I called her immediately, and she answered within seconds. She guided me through the entire process, made everything simple, and helped me secure a bridge loan. I’m extremely happy with the experience and grateful for her professionalism, persistence, and support. Alexandra truly cares about helping investors grow. Thank you so much, Alex!
