Tried the free trial and the product was great, decide to pay for it and cant get it to work, nowadays when you buy something you expect it to work straight way, or at least have some support. They claim to have a 24/7 support, all a lie. For a tech company you expect it work better than this. I emailed as requested and I still haven't hear it from you. Its funny that you have the time to reply to reviewers but cant be bother helping your customers.
