My generator was delivered with a part loose inside it. I call them and said it needed to be replaced. It took almost 5 days to get the return package. I sent it back the same day. The recieved it back a week ago and they said the replacement was to ship yesterday but I have not received any tracking information. The bottom line support was always friendly and helpfull but the time it is taking to get the replacement is just unacceptable. In additiion their communication about the process is the worse I have seen in alone time. In hind sight I would not purchase from them and not be buying anything else from them
