Defective order with no resolution
Defective order with no resolution. Placed an order on 12/22, the order arrived on 1/21 - the jewelry piece was missing one of the stones. The merchant promised to replace and send a new tracking info - now they have disappeared. I was in contact with Molly from this sham company by email. Avoid at all costs. 2/19 Update and response to the business: I'm not interested - you took my money and sent a defective product. And then disappeared after promising to rectify the problem. I do not trust you, I'm not agreeing to wait until March - it would be coming up on 3 months since the order was placed. And for all the reasons I do not want to do business with you. What I'm demanding is to immediately refund the money I paid and received the defective product. I'm not accepting any other remediation at this point due to your unfair business practices. 3/4 Update - no resolution or contact from the company. No refund, and no replacement product. AVOID
