In error, I ordered two laser kits one right after the other.
I saw my mistake and called customer service ASAP to fix this.
I sent an email and was immediately informed that they saw the same error too and that my order was adjusted and I anticipate my card to be refunded.

Great customer service!
I placed my order and checked my account to make sure the amount was taken out and correct. Unfortunately, it recorded a double order of the same item. Via email, I contacted Swisslip to help me correct my mistake. Within 4 hours, I had a response that the order was now correct. Interesting, Swisslip first contacted me on their side to point out the two orders. They wanted to check if I ordered one item or two of the same item.
