They do not cancel your account when you request it. Expect more charges.
On August 7th I called to completely cancel my account and all subscriptions. Meds were still sent August 15th. On August 24th I messaged in the chat and asked why my account was not cancelled and another $146 charge went through. I called customer service at 302-204-2197 three times on August 24th and the last tech said he would cancel my account and that it takes time (?) and he would email me when the account is shut down. It's now August 30th and nothing. I messaged on the chat again so at least I have a record to show my credit card company so I can dispute the charges that I cancelled multiple times.
