I had $6000 ,could have redeemed but instead higher education my bet, took me down to lower then $550 and finally hit a bonus. I won 0.00. That's not okay, thats not just frustrating, thats wrong in every way. Since that night all my loyalty bonuses have been $15 or less, and iam a platinum member. I also noticed even my gold coins just disappear. They have not tried in 2 months to make up for that 0.00 bonus after close to $5000 worth of spins. Nothing about that bonus was fair or the way they toss me pennies for my loyalty.
