The worst crookedest airline ever in 50 years of world travel. After my booking failed to register my suitcase I went back on line to add it…. this failed so I went directly to the checkin counter 2 days prior to travel. They would not help me so the next day I went to the ticketing office…… closed at 2pm! Retried to pay online…… failed! Then when we went to checkin for our flight the same staff we met before told us too bad for you……pay $300USD!
