David was my point of contact for my car transport from Missouri to Arizona. I initially received a quote of $475. However, the day before pickup, I was informed that the total cost had increased to $850. While I expected a possible increase based on reviews, I did not anticipate it nearly doubling. David remained professional and understanding when I expressed my concerns. He calmly explained the booking process, which helped me feel more comfortable moving forward, just wished it was explained at the beginning. However, the timing and size of the price increase made the experience a little difficult to plan for. Customers should be aware that the quoted price may change substantially right before pickup. If I use this company again, it would be with that expectation in mind, and I would choose to work with David due to his professionalism.
