Scam
Scam, not that I expected more. They provide a service where you can get informations and basically 'spy' a private account on instagram, of course is a lie. They will never do actually something, just telling you it will take time, until the subscription end, and you will have to pay minimum another 90€ for another month for a service that you will never receive. They also tell you, to use their service for a non private account, but you can do it on you own, why I would pay a service for viewing a public account? I didn't try to contact them for a refund, I want to spare me the headache honestly.
