I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. This was my second order, and I chose to buy from you again because my first bracelet was excellent and felt secure and well-made. I had even seen the same bracelet available in the UK for less, but I trusted your quality based on my previous experience. Unfortunately, this bracelet has been a huge letdown. It keeps coming undone on its own, and I almost lost it yesterday. For something at this price point, especially after paying high delivery charges. I expected much better craftsmanship and durability. The thread knot feels cheap and poorly finished which is why it keeps loosening. It is very surprising given how satisfied I was with my first purchase. I chose to order from you again because I believed in your quality, but this time the product simply does not meet expectations. Very disappointing.
