From initial contact to return of core . . . highly professional.
From initial contact to purchase/shipping of item to return/credit for core--all was timely and first rate. Also, I inadvertently ordered two of the expensive item and they called to ascertain that I wanted two--I had intended to order only one and the call saved a lot of work and re-shipping cost. Highly recommend them--very professional.
