What a joke
What a joke. It's been 7 days and I can't request a refund because the item hasn't been fulfilled yet. They have my money though, got that right away. Now I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Still waiting to hear back. So they agreed to refund but 3 days later still had not. So thankful for PayPal, in less than 1 minute after filing for a refund they refunded my money, 16 days after I had ordered and my item never even shipped out!
