It has now been 1 month and a half without any updates since they told me they were resolving my case... I keep asking for updates and answers and they keep avoiding answering me by telling me to be patient and they will contact me shortly... order number : Order #ATKGR36596
I recently left a review about this company because their customer service was lacking about an order. Turns out their customer service is still lacking. After reviewing my case they talked to me about a refund which surprised me after the way they handled my order. After I sent them another email to confirm I would indeed like a refund and wanted more details about that, they completely ghosted for a week and I am still trying to get ahold of them. Unprofessional and frankly tiresome for your customers. Reply: #ATKGR36596. I don't know if your customer service team doesn't communicate with each other but we already have numerous emails back and forth but the last person replying wasn't even aware of the problem in question
Really scummy company with unethical customer service. I tried to order something because of the chinese new year sales discounts and they told me processing of the order would be stopped until the 19th. On the 16th i tried to cancel my order and someone called Jasmin told me that it had been cancelled. Then a few days later I see that my order was dispatched and she did not in fact cancel my order meaning I couldn't get my refund and now if I do want one they tell me to return it therefore I would have to pay additional shipping for it.
