Extremely disappointed - Order stuck for 1 month and NO support response
Empresa muito ruim, já estou esperando o comprador mandar para o galpão a 1 mês, não consigo pedir meu reembolso de jeito nenhum, preciso de ajuda!!! "I am writing this review because I have been ignored by CSSBuy support for over a month. My order (O260209558544) has been stuck in 'Ordered' status for weeks, the seller has not shipped, and every time I try to contact the agent or open a ticket, I get no real help or no response at all. I paid via PIX, and I want my money ($5.52) refunded to my wallet immediately so I can withdraw it. I am no longer interested in the item due to this terrible experience.
