SCAM and DISAPOINTMENT
SCAM. I was extremely happy when I reached almost 4,500 USD in profit. That money would have helped my family finance the reconstruction of our old house. However, it has now been almost two months since I submitted my withdrawal request, and it is still “pending.” I have not broken any rules. I have opened two support tickets. All I received was a generic “pending” response. No clear explanation. No payout date. No specific reason for the delay. This is unacceptable. Do not pay any money to this company. I am now trying to recover at least the fee I paid for the challenge through my bank. What hurts the most is that no one will compensate me for the 37 days I spent trading, following the rules, and earning that profit — only to see it withheld without explanation. Very disappointing.
