Tesco Whoosh Delivery
I was informed by your support team that my Whoosh order had been left at the fire exit on the wet floor. When I went to check this location immediately after the call, there was no delivery there. I’m very concerned about this-if the order is meant to be handed over securely, why is a delivery code required to give to the driver, if they are going to leave the bags unattended outside on the street? Leaving groceries at a fire exit, on a wet floor, without confirming receipt using the code is not acceptable. Tesco shouldn’t allow this, I asked a refund and I’m never gonna order from Tesco again.
