I ordered two items
I ordered two items. A battery and a Battery charger. They were shipped separately. Battery charger arrived on schedule. LiTime does not know where the battery is. It is three days past do and neither they nor the shipper knows its location. Very sad situation. Customer service is absolutely no help. If it does not arrive in another day I will have to cancel the order. I cannot encourage anyone to do business with LiTime.
